Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays from our printing partners, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and product type.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on your location and local postal services.


Shipment Origin

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partners.
Depending on availability, your order may be produced and shipped from one of our international fulfillment centers.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Fortis Ambition is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs fees) are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages or Lost Packages

Fortis Ambition is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be charged for reshipping.
